Trois paysages is among the five finalist works of the Prix collégien de musique contemporaine 2022-2023. The piece, performed by the Orchestre de l'Agora and conducted by Nicolas Ellis, will be put to the vote of around a hundred music students at Cégep and conservatories in Quebec. The winning entry will be announced in Fall 2023.

SOCAN Foundation 2021 Grand Prize

1st prize in the Chamber music category

Toccata no. 2 for piano made me win a Grand Prize at the SOCAN Foundation Young Composers Competition, 2021 edition. I also received a first prize in the Chamber Music category for my piece Codes, claves, accidents. These two pieces, performed by Antoine Rivard-Landry and the Trio Émerillon, are available on streaming platforms.

Winner of the Orchestre Métropolitain composition competition.

I am one of the four winners of the composition competition of the Orchestre métropolitain, in connection with the legacy of Beethoven. My piece Prélude aux paysages urbains will be premiered and conducted by Yannick Nézet-Séguin. Interview at PanM360.

Third prize in the SOCAN Foundation Young Composers Competition

Six Préludes for piano made me win a third prize at the SOCAN Foundation Young Composers Competition, 2020 edition. These six pieces were recorded by pianist Philippe Prud’homme in a co-production available on streaming platforms.

Winner of the Prix collégien de musique contemporaine 2018-2019.

I won the Prix collégien de musique contemporaine 2018-2019 with my orchestral piece Kiwis and Men. Five finalist pieces selected by a jury were put to the vote of dozens of music students in several Cégeps in Quebec. The competition is organized by the Canadian Music Center in Quebec (CMC).
